YouTube 2.0 for Android updated with official Music Videos and Pre-Roll Ads

Google announced that YouTube Music Videos gets a staggering 200 million video views per day, which is a 3x increase over the last one year. This was revealed on the sidelines of the release of YouTube app version 2.0 for Android that brings official music videos in association with VEVO. The YouTube joint project includes content from three big partners: UMG, Sony and EMI.

Google Goggles has been updated to version 1.3 for Android that can solve Sudoku puzzles and brings barcode scanning instantly.  The faster and smarter Goggles 1.3 client for Android smartphones can now recognize print ads in popular magazines and newspapers. Barcodes or QR code is scanned faster with Goggles. The phone gently vibrates and presents results within a second, without the need of pressing a button.
